Whole sweet apricots project demeter

Sun-ripened, sweet demeter apricots from the Rapunzel Turkey project. The fruits are cultivated, harvested and sun-dried in the Malatya region in East Anatolia. Their natural orange-brown color is a quality feature for non-sulphurized apricots.

Preparation
After the harvest, the apricots are dried for three days in the Turkish sun. In the next step, the pits are removed and the fruits are dried for several more days, cleaned, sorted and packed.
