Soft pralines, sweet fruit or delicate pastry would taste only half as good without a cover of soft melting, velvety chocolate glaze. With an extra portion of aromatic, semisweet cocoa and a dash of Bourbon vanilla this chocolate couverture will refine your cakes, pastries or pralines. Made with fair trade cocoa and sugar, it belongs to the Rapunzel HAND IN HAND product range.
