The power grain of the Inca - cultivated in Austria! The small popped Amaranth seeds are very light and airy and they have a very pleasant smoky flavor. The popped amaranth is unsweetened, rich in dietary fibers and is a valuable source of protein. (with no added sugar. Contains naturally occurring sugars.)
