1 small red onion, diced
30 g
Rapunzel Soft tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp
Rapunzel olive oil, extra virgin
1 tsp curry powder
100 ml of water
100 g
Rapunzel Mixed nut butter 4 nuts
20 g of banana, diced
1 pinch of Atlantic sea salt fine

Tomato banana dip with Rapunzel Mix Mush 4 Nuts
Method
Sauté onions with soft tomatoes in olive oil. Then add the curry powder and sauté briefly. Stir water into the mixture and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add mixed mash and banana cubes, mix well and heat briefly together. Finally, puree the mixture well and store in a cool place.
