500 g skyr
3-4 tsp.
Rapunzel almond butter, white
1 pinch of
Rapunzel bourbon vanilla
Rapunzel maple syrup according to tase
fruit - depending on the season and according to taste e.g. with 2 ripe pears
also delicious with raspberries (also deep-frozen), strawberries, mango, peach, apple sauce - if you don't have any fresh fruit handy!

Skyr dessert in an infinite number of variants
Method
Beat Skyr, brown almond butter, a pinch of vanilla and maple syrup with a whisk until creamy. Add the finely diced pear and mix.
Tip:
The Skyr cream looks particularly pretty when layered with the fruit in little bowls and garnished with a mint leaf or vanilla wafer.
Special variant:
In addition, add layers of crumbled Cantuccini.
