Wheatgrass taste sweet and mild. Ideal in bread dough, in salads, mueslis, cooked dishes and for juicing and smoothies. Growing sprouts is the easiest way to get important vitamins, minerals,trace elements, secondary phytochemicals and dietary fibers all year round - freshly harvested and 'regional' from your windowsill!

Usage
For growing, use either the mini greenhouse with surplus water tray or a plant pot filled with soil, also with a drip tray. Soak for about 12 hours. The wheatgrass is ready to eat after 7 to 10 days. Rinse thoroughly in fresh water before consupmtion. The ideal germination temperature is 18 to 22°C. Not suitable for the glass germinator.
