Pesto Porcini, vegan

Aromatic porcini mushrooms, high-quality olive oil extra virgin and exquisite spices make this vegan spice paste a true delicacy. The traditionally manufactured pesto in a family business in Italy will convince you with its unique, creamy consistency and its rich mushroom aroma.

Usage
Don't heat the pesto, add it directly to the warm and freshly drained pasta. This pesto can also be used to season pizza, salads and sauces and tastes great on toasted bread slices or as a dip.

Preparation
The different ingredients are combined, ground and filled into jars. For preservation, the jars are gently heated for a short time.

FAQ about Pesto Porcini, vegan

Almonds from Europe are very aromatic and usually contain a proportion of bitter kernels. This cannot be ruled out 100 per cent, as both bitter and sweet almonds grow on the same tree and cannot be visually distinguished from each other. At Rapunzel, we only accept a proportion of one percent bitter almonds in our quality assurance, which is absolutely harmless to health. For this purpose, the raw goods are tested for bitter seed content and prussic acid at goods receipt. Only if all parameters are in order, are the almonds released for sale or further processing. If you want 100 per cent sweet kernels, please choose Californian almonds. They are guaranteed bitter-free.
