Rapunzel flakes are made from the whole grain and sourced from organic grain growers in Germany.

They are available in different varieties: In addition to the classic oat flakes, flakes made from spelt, buckwheat, oats, and rye provide a welcome change – to vary and mix. Thanks to their colourful packaging design, they are not only a real eye-catcher on the shelf; they also put you in a good mood at home.

Flakes are grain-healthy: Cereal products are valued worldwide as an important source of energy and nutrients. Wholemeal varieties are particularly valuable as they have a higher overall nutrient content than non-wholemeal varieties. As cereal flakes are made from the whole grain, they are always 100% wholemeal, making them very rich in nutrients. For example, they are rich in fibre and an often underestimated source of vegetable protein. They also provide valuable vitamins, especially of the B group, as well as minerals such as iron, magnesium and zinc. The complex carbohydrates contained in wholemeal flakes keep you full for a long time, in addition to providing a steady supply of energy and improving blood sugar level stability.

Production of flakes: The whole grain is gently steamed and rolled into flakes. For the small oat and spelt flakes, the grains are additionally crushed before steaming.
