Wild apricots, halves project

The wild apricots from the Rapunzel Turkey project have a fruity and slightly sour flavor. Our apricots are from a wild-growing variety that produces smaller and firmer fruits compared to sweet apricot varieties. People who prefer it not so sweet will love the wild apricots. Their natural orange-brown color is a quality feature for non-sulphurized apricots.
