White wine vinegar

Exquisite Italian white wine gives this aromatic vinegar its character. Its fruity aroma with a fresh white wine note is particularly suited for the refinement of various dishes. Rapunzel white wine vinegar is characterized by its naturalness and the gentle manufacturing process. Made from non-sulphurized white wine it matures in wood barrels and is not heated.

Preparation
Non-sulphurized white wine is transformed into vinegar through acetic acid fermentation. After filtration the vinegar is stored in wooden kegs. The vinegar is not heat-treated.
