Vanilla spelt wafers

Crispy vanilla spelt wafers with soft cream filling. Aromatic Bourbon vanilla gives the filling a delicious flavor.

Preparation
The ingredients for the wafer sheets are made into a dough. The dough is baked and the ingredients for the filling are combined. The cream filling is spread on the wafer sheets, the wafers are refrigerated, cut and packed.
