Soft apricots project

Sun-ripened, sweet apricots from the Rapunzel Turkey project. The apricots are cultivated with a lot of care in Eastern Anatolia from the project farmers. The apricots are gently processed with water vapor in order to make them juicier and fruitier than sun-dried apricots.
