Lemon spelt wafers

Crispy lemon spelt wafers with soft cream filling. Delicious essential lemon oil gives the wafers a fruity and fresh aroma. The creamy filling is refined with genuine Bourbon vanilla.

Preparation
The ingredients for the wafer sheets are made into a dough. The dough is baked and the ingredients for the filling are combined. The cream filling is spread on the wafer sheets, the wafers are refrigerated, cut and packed.
