Jasmine rice brown wholemeal

Exotic, scented rice specialty from the region Chiang Rai in the fertile north of Thailand. Jasmine rice convinces with its mildly scented, flowery aroma. This high-quality rice is cultivated by farmers with a lot of manual work.

Usage
Perfect in the Asian and Oriental cuisine, well-suited as scented side dish for curry.

Preparation Instructions
Add 250g rice into 625 ml boiling water. Let simmer at low heat with closed lid for about 40 minutes. Remove from stove and let rest for another 5 minutes. Salt rice after cooking.
