Preparation
Beans are soaked in water and blanched. At the same time the other ingredients are mixed. In the next step, the beans are filled into cans, sauce is added. The cans are vacuumed and closed. Finally, the cans are pasteurized.

This is a completely natural coagulation process of olive oil at low temperatures, especially for extra virgin olive oil. This process has no influence from the quality of the oil. At room temperature, the olive oil liquefies again.
