Creamy coconut milk with an intense coconut aroma. The extra share of coconut pulp (67%) gives your meals an exotic, fresh coconut flavor. Especially popular for the Asian kitchen. This coconut milk is fair trade and comes from Rapunzel's HAND IN HAND partner in Sri Lanka. The HAND IN HAND program combines fair trade with organic farming and supports local ecological and social projects. Contains no emulsifiers or stabilizers.

Preparation
Coconut pulp is washed in hot water. Next, the pulp goes through a screw press in order to obtain the concentrated coconut milk. Water is then added in order to obtain a coconut milk with the desired fat content of 22%. At the end of the process, the coconut milk is filled into cans and sterilized in order to ensure a germ-free product.
