Cristallino cane sugar contributes a pleasantly mild flavor. The sugar is produced according to fair trade criteria by our HAND IN HAND partners in Paraguay. Use this mixture to refine sweet dishes giving them a wonderful, harmonious vanilla aroma.

Preparation
Cristallino cane sugar is made from pure sugar cane juice. After extraction, the sugar juice is thickened and inoculated with sugar crystals. The crystallized sugar is dried and ground. Vanilla pods are manually fermented and dried. Next, the pods are ground and the resulting vanilla powder is thoroughly mixed with Cristallino cane sugar. The finished mixture is filled into sachets.
