Fruity, crispy treat for connoisseurs with a sweet-sour taste. The ripe, juicy apples are manually harvested and processed into crispy apple chips. Since we add no citric acid, the chips retain their natural brown color.

Preparation
The apples are manually harvested, cut into thin slices and gently dried at a temperature of only 65°C until they are crispy.
