Method
Whisk the coconut and almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper and cardamom seeds in a pot and bring to a boil while stirring frequently. Once the Golden Milk has boiled, turn down the heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the milk from the heat, sweeten as desired and add the vanilla. Serve the Golden Milk immediately for the hot version, let cool completely in the refrigerator and then serve over ice for the iced version. The Golden Milk can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.

- 300 ml Rapunzel coconut milk
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1/2 tsp Rapunzel Bourbon vanilla powder
- 2 tbs Rapunzel maple syrup grade A
