Method
Preheat the oven to 185°C.
Line a baking sheet or rectangular casserole dish with parchment paper. Finely grind half of the rolled oats in a food processor. Chop the trail mix into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. And the mixture to a baking tray and press down evenly, should be approx. 1-2 cm thick.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool and then cut into the desired shape.

- 1 pinch of Rapunzel sea salt iodised
- 3 tbs Rapunzel coconut oil
- 3 tbs Rapunzel coconut blossom syrup
