Method
Peel the bananas and freeze them in pieces overnight or at least 4 hours. Puree with lemon juice, candied lemon and candied orange in a blender. Then either serve directly or put in molds and keep in the freezer until serving.
Ingredients
- 3 bananas, ripe
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 30 g of Rapunzel candied lemon peel without sugar
- 30 g Rapunzel candied orange peel without sugar
