Method
Put all ingredients together in a blender. Thoroughly mix and chop for 3 minutes. Divide directly into small portions. Decorate as desired with grated dark chocolate couverture. For added strength: fill in small ice cubes and freeze for 60 minutes.
Tip: Serve small portions because the ice is very rich.

- 100 ml Rapunzel coconut milk
- 3 tbs Rapunzel Tahini (sesame butter)
- 1 pinch of Rapunzel Atlantic sea salt fine
- 6 pieces Rapunzel dates without pit Deglet Nour
- 1 pinch Rapunzel Bourbon vanilla powder
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- 100 - 150 g ice cubes
- 20 g Rapunzel semisweet couverture
