Method
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

- 500 ml ice cold water (or milk)
- 4 tbs Rapunzel date syrup
- 2 ½ tbs Rapunzel cocoa powder
- 1 peeled and frozen banana
- 2 tbs Rapunzel white almond butter, from Europe
- 3 tbs Rapunzel hemp seeds peeled
- 1 pinch Rapunzel Bourbon vanilla powder
- Optional: Ice cubes
