Method
In a large bowl combine Rapunzel sporting porridge with chia seeds and a pinch of sea salt. Add maple syrup and almond butter to the bowl and mix well with almond milk until all comes together. Stir in chocolate chips or raisins if desired.
Line a small baking pan with plastic wrap and press the mixture into the pan until even. Place in freezer for about 10 min until hardened. Remove plastic wrap and cut into bars. Bars keep well in the fridge or freezer. A perfect quick and healthy breakfast or snack.

- 180 g (2 cups) Rapunzel sporting porridge
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 3 tbs Rapunzel maple syrup grade A
- 4 tbs Rapunzel almond butter
- 6 tbs almond milk
- pinch of Rapunzel Atlantic sea salt
