Method
Squeeze three lemons. Detach the pomegranate seeds from the pomegranate. Cut the piece of ginger into thin slices. Mix the lemon juice, pomegranate, ginger and maple syrup with a liter of water and stir. Then pour into glasses and add basil or peppermint leaves. Optionally, ice cubes can be used.

- 1 pomegranate
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
- 3-4 tbsp Rapunzel Maple syrup grade C
- 1 liter of mineral water
