Method
Add salad ingredients to a bowl.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad. Serve with fresh bread.

For the salad:
- 1 can Rapunzel soy beans Edamamé
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small zucchini, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1 glove of garlic, minced
- 2 tbs Rapunzel olive oil Finca la Torre
- 2 tbs Rapunzel vinegar Condimento Bianco
- 2 tbs mustard, medium-hot
- Rapunzel herb salt
- pepper, freshly ground
- ½ tbs Rapunzel coconut blossom sugar
- fresh herbs if desired
