Method
Peel onions and cut into chunks. Peel ginger and cut into small cubes. Halve strawberries. Core chili and chop finely. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep stirring. Fill in small preserving jars. Store in a cool place.
Tastes great with ayurvedic and Indian dishes and also with cheese.

- 2 red onions
- 1 peace of ginger, about 6 cm
- 500 g strawberry
- 1 small red chili
- 60 ml Rapunzel Condimento Bianco
- 1 pinch of Rapunzel Bourbon vanilla powder
- 100 g Rapunzel Cristallino cane sugar
- 2 tbs Rapunzel Date syrup
- 1,5 tbs Tamarind paste
- 1 tsp yellow mustard seeds
