Method
Soak the chia seeds in the water overnight. This step is important so that the chia seeds mix well with the juice. The next day mix the chia jelly with the pomegranate juice, add sugar if needed and serve. Can be refrigerated up to 3 days.
Ingredients
Ingredients for ½ liter:
- 3 tbs chia seeds
- 200 ml cold water
- 200 ml pomegranate juice
- Optional: Ice cubes
- Optional: Rapunzel cristallino raw cane sugar
