Method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Add the psyllium husk to a food processor and process to a powder. Grease a medium loaf pan with some ghee, pour in sesame seeds and shake until the sides are covered. Mix together all the dry ingredients then stir in the eggs, crème fraîche and turkish yogurt. Add the ghee and mix well. Work quickly and add the dough to the form and bake the bread in the oven for about 35 min. Let cool slightly before cutting it.

- 5 tbsp of psyllium husk
- 2,5 tsp baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 75 g Rapunzel Allgäu Ghee
- 140 g creme fraiche
- 100g turkish yogurt
