Recipe from Rapunzel employee Ute
Method
Put all ingredients in a blender and let it stir until creamy. If dates are too hard, it is advisable to soak them in water beforehand (approx. 30 minutes).
Tip: The date dip can be wonderfully combined with fondue and tempura vegetables.
Ingredients
- 150 g Rapunzel dates without stone Deglet Nour
- 1 clove of garlic
- 150 g sour cream
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp Harissa paste
or Sambal Olek - 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp Rapunzel sea salt
