Method
For the dough, stir all the ingredients except the apples together until smooth and let stand for about 20 minutes. Now use a cutter to core the apples and then cut apple rings with a thickness of approx. 0.5 - 1 cm. Pull the apples through the dough so that they are completely covered and bake in a deep fryer at 160 ° until golden brown. Now briefly place on a kitchen towel to drain and turn in sugar-cinnamon. Serve the apple rings hot, at best with vanilla ice cream or vanilla sauce and a whipped cream.
Without deep fryer: Heat enough frying oil or coconut oil in a pan or saucepan so that the apple rings are completely covered with fat.
