Method
Wash, peel and cut the apples into small pieces. Bring the apple pieces to the boil with 4 tablespoons of water and lemon juice and simmer for about 5-6 minutes. Then let it cool down. Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool down a bit. Then fold in the curd. Roughly chop the almonds and layer them in glasses with the apple compote and pudding cream. Then dust with cocoa powder.
