For 100 g noodles boil 1 L of water with a pinch of salt. Add noodles into the boiling water and stir carefully also while the noodles are cooking. Drain noodles and serve on pre-heated plates.

Rapunzel spelt spaghetti are made with fine German spelt flour. Contains 78% of the grain. After the noodles have been pressed into shape, they are dried slowly and gently for 4 hours at a maximum temperature of 90°C.
