Preparation
The ingredients for the chocolate are combined and ground in order to crush the larger parts. The resulting mass is conched and warmed up. Next, the ingredients for the filling are mixed and formed into a long strand. The strand is cut to the required length, covered with chocolate, refrigerated and packed.
