Mix the dry yeast carefully with the flour - dry yeast does not need to be dissolved in liquid previously. Add the remaining ingredients and the required amount of liquid and process according to the recipe. Allow the dough to rise after preparation and before baking.

Organic yeast is fermented with organic substrates. Following fermentation, the yeast is separated, filtered and concentrated in order to increase the dry substance. The resulting yeast paste is extruded and gently dried. Due to its low water content dry yeast has an extended shelf life.

According to available analyses, the yeast no longer contains gluten. Rapunzel yeast is grown on cereals, i.e., it feeds on cereals and converts the cereal starch and proteins, including gluten, into the yeast's own components.
In any case, the manufacturer guarantees possible traces below 200 mg/kg. In case of extreme gluten allergy, we do not recommend eating the yeast.
