The yellow-colored chickpea flour is 100% made from ground chickpeas and has a nutty and sweet flavor. It has a high protein and fibre content and contains zinc, iron and vitamin B6. The fine roasting makes it particularly aromatic. Chickpea flour is very versatile and is suitable for both sweet and savory dishes. Ideal for cooking or baking - chickpea flour is always a valuable supplement and a yummy alternative to regular flour. It can also be used as egg substitute: 1 egg can be replaced by 1 tablespoon of the flour + 2 tablespoons of water.
