Aceto Balsamico received a "good" evaluation by "Stiftung Warentest" 

[24.03.2020] In the March 2020 edition of the German consumer magazine "Stiftung Warentest", the Rapunzel Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P. (Speciale) received an overall grade of 1.9. Among the 27 tested products, the Rapunzel Aceto Balsamico was ranked with the best products. 

With respect to flavor, the Rapunzel vinegar scored 1.5. "Siftung Warentest" evaluated the vinegar among the three best dark Balsamico vinegars describing it as follows: "Especially full-bodied with an articulate fruity scent." Moreover, Rapunzel Aceto Balsamico was the best organic product in the test.
